Most of you know that this past weekend, I attended Wanderlust in San Antonio. I made the 21oo mile roundtrip drive and had the most amazing time. It was my first signing in nearly two years and I was nervous and anxious. But, after a drink or three… I opened up. I even read a piece from one of my books at an author read event.
It was so much fun. I got to see some of my book friends and met so many new ones too. I was having so much fun I forgot to take pictures. So I have been borrowing everyone else’s photos. It was a weekend I will never forget and for the first time in a while… things almost felt normal.
My next signing is in May in Alabama (a much shorter drive for me) and I hope I’ll get to see you there. I have at least 3 or 4 signings next year. Which means I need to get my a** in gear and finish all these books.
